I help physicians and health systems at the intersection of clinical medicine and healthcare technology — whether that means navigating an EHR go-live, growing into a CMIO role, or building teams that can translate between clinicians and IT.

AI, particularly agentic-based, in physician workflows is a current focus of Dr. Ator with Interoperability close behind.

My clinical home is otologic surgery. My informatics work spans health system leadership, workflow optimization, and physician digital-readiness. I've been on both sides of the OR and the command center, and I bring that dual fluency to every engagement.
